Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
Transport Primordial
Last Updated: September 2026
This page explains how Transport Primordial operates, the rules that apply when you use our services, and how we handle personal information.
By requesting or using our services, you agree to these terms, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
PART 1 — TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Our Services
Transport Primordial provides transportation services for businesses, including local transportation of general freight.
We may also connect customers with other transportation or logistics companies when their needs are better suited to those providers.
A request for information, a quote, or a service does not mean Transport Primordial has agreed to provide transportation.
2. Our Right to Refuse or Stop Service
Transport Primordial has the right to accept, refuse, suspend, or stop providing services to any person, company, shipment, or location, at any time, with or without giving a reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not required to accept or continue a service simply because:
• We have served the customer before.
• We previously provided a quote.
• The customer has already booked a service.
• We have accepted similar shipments.
• The service appears to be within our normal service area.
• The customer believes we should accept the job.
• There is no obvious or publicly stated reason to refuse.
We may refuse or stop service whenever we believe, in our reasonable judgment, that a customer, shipment, request, or business relationship is unsuitable.
This includes concerns about:
• Dishonesty, fraud, or misleading information.
• Unacceptable business practices.
• Payment or credit concerns.
• Safety or operating conditions.
• Shipment suitability.
• Availability or scheduling.
• Our reputation or business interests.
• Unreasonable demands or expectations.
• Any other matter that causes us to consider the service unsuitable.
We are not required to explain confidential business, security, operational, or commercial reasons for refusing service.
We will not refuse service for reasons prohibited by applicable law.
3. Quotes and Service Acceptance
All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
A quote is not a guarantee that service will be provided.
A service is accepted only when Transport Primordial confirms it.
Additional charges may apply when:
• The shipment differs from what was described.
• Extra stops or waiting time are required.
• The customer changes the original request.
• Additional handling or special arrangements are needed.
• Other costs arise that were not included in the quote.
Applicable taxes and other agreed charges are additional unless stated otherwise.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about their shipment and service request.
This includes, when applicable:
• Pickup and delivery addresses.
• Number of pallets.
• Weight and dimensions.
• Type of freight.
• Required delivery time.
• Access conditions at pickup and delivery.
• Special handling requirements.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that freight is properly packaged, prepared, and legally permitted for transportation.
If the actual shipment or conditions differ from what was described, Transport Primordial may refuse, delay, modify, or cancel the service.
5. Freight and Services We May Decline
Transport Primordial may refuse freight or services that do not fit our equipment, capabilities, insurance, policies, or operating procedures.
We are not required to accept every type of freight or transportation request.
6. Delays and Conditions Beyond Our Control
Transport Primordial is not responsible for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Examples include:
• Severe weather.
• Traffic or road closures.
• Accidents.
• Mechanical problems.
• Government action.
• Strikes or labour disruptions.
• Emergencies.
• Unsafe conditions.
• Customer-caused delays.
• Incorrect shipment information.
• Problems caused by another transportation provider.
We may delay, change, suspend, or cancel transportation when conditions make continuing unsafe or impractical.
7. Independent Transportation and Logistics Companies
Transport Primordial may refer, introduce, recommend, or connect customers with other transportation companies, carriers, freight brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses, or logistics providers.
These companies are independent businesses.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, a referral does not mean Transport Primordial is providing, supervising, guaranteeing, or accepting responsibility for the other company's services.
The customer is responsible for reviewing and accepting the other company's terms before engaging that company.
8. No Responsibility for Independent Providers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transport Primordial is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, or performance of independent transportation or logistics companies to whom we refer customers.
This includes claims involving:
• Lost freight.
• Damaged freight.
• Theft.
• Delays.
• Missed deliveries.
• Shortages.
• Incorrect deliveries.
• Service failures.
• Additional charges.
• Business losses.
• Other damages or disputes.
Any claim concerning services performed by an independent provider must be directed to that provider.
Transport Primordial does not guarantee the other company's performance, availability, insurance, financial condition, or suitability, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
9. Referrals and Sharing Customer Information
When a customer's request is better suited to another company, Transport Primordial may share relevant contact and shipment information with that company, where legally permitted and where necessary to respond to the customer's request.
We will obtain consent when required by applicable privacy law.
A referral does not create responsibility for the services later provided by that company.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Transport Primordial is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses arising from our services, referrals, delays, cancellations, or website.
This includes, for example:
• Lost profits.
• Lost revenue.
• Lost business.
• Business interruption.
• Lost opportunities.
• Penalties charged by another company.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Promotional Offers
Transport Primordial may offer promotions, discounts, credits, reduced charges, waived fees, special rates, limited-time offers, or other special offers from time to time.
Each promotion is subject to the specific conditions stated in the promotional offer, including its eligibility requirements, duration, service area, qualifying services, availability, and any other conditions stated with the offer.
Unless the promotional offer specifically says otherwise:
• The promotion applies only to eligible customers and services.
• Regular transportation charges and applicable taxes remain payable.
• Other applicable fees or charges remain payable.
• Promotions are not transferable.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
• Promotions are subject to availability and service suitability.
• A promotion does not guarantee that Transport Primordial will accept or provide a transportation service.
• Transport Primordial may refuse a promotion when the customer, shipment, or requested service does not meet the stated conditions.
Transport Primordial may change, suspend, or end a promotion at any time.
Once a promotion has been confirmed in writing for a customer, the confirmed terms will apply to that customer's qualifying service, unless otherwise permitted by law or agreed to by the customer.
A promotional offer does not change any other part of these Terms of Service unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.
12. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice when cancelling or rescheduling a booking.
Late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in applicable charges, provided those charges were disclosed or agreed to and are permitted by law.
Transport Primordial may also cancel or reschedule a service in accordance with these terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The latest version will be posted on our website with a revised update date.
